ECC Announces Paramedic Graduates

Fourteen students completed a recent EMT-Paramedic class at 91Ó£ÌÒÊÓÆµ. The one-year EMT-Paramedic course includes classroom instruction, clinical rotations, and an EMS field internship. Upon successful completion of the EMT-Paramedic program, graduates are eligible to take the North Carolina Paramedic certification exam. Officers Complete Canine Training at ECC

Officers Complete Crisis Intervention Training

Twenty-four law enforcement officers completed recent Crisis Intervention Team training at 91Ó£ÌÒÊÓÆµ. Agencies represented included the Edgecombe County Sheriff’s Office, Pinetops Police Department, Vidant Edgecombe Hospital Police, and Wilson County Sheriff’s Office, among others. EastPointe in Rocky Mount facilitated the class.
