Agribusiness Students Tour Local Poultry Farm
Students in 91Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ’s new program in Agribusiness Technology recently toured the Steven Brake poultry farm – S&N Enterprises – a contract grower for Perdue. The Pinetops farmer hosts students and others in the community who want to know more about growing commercial broiler chickens. ECC students dressed the part and learned about biosecurity, poultry feed, house management, and bird health.
